what is iron infusion?

what are the symptoms of low iron?
Wellness
Iron is needed to produce hemoglobin, which helps red blood cells carry oxygen throughout the body. Without enough iron, your tissues and muscles don’t get the oxygen they need to function efficiently — this can lead to general symptoms like:
Fatigue, weakness, or low energy
Shortness of breath
Dizziness, lightheadedness, or headaches
Cold hands and feet or pale skin
Mind
Iron deficiency doesn’t just affect your body — it can impact your brain, too. Low iron means less oxygen gets to your brain. Iron also helps produce mood-regulating chemicals like dopamine and serotonin. With these impacted, you may experience:
Difficulty concentrating
Brain fog
Irritability
Low mood or depression-like symptoms
Body
Iron deficiency can cause a range of physical symptoms beyond fatigue and cognitive disruptions. As the body works harder to deliver oxygen and nutrients where it’s needed most, you may experience uncomfortable physical changes such as:
Rapid or irregular heartbeat
Brittle nails
Hair thinning or hair loss
Sore or swollen tongue
